Mr. Mohammed Al-Lai, is of Accounting background. He perused his first Degree at Sana’a University, Yemen and Master in International Banking and Finance from the U.K in 2004. Mr. Al-Lai is currently holding the position of Yemen Microfinance Network Chairman of Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al-Amal Microfinance Bank, the first of its kind in the region
Mr. Al-Lai brings valuable experience, most notably from the Yemeni Banking and development Sector.. The positions held by Mr. Al-Lai includes working as the Deputy Governor to the Central Bank of Yemen, and Head of Unit for the Small and Micro Enterprise Development Unit (SMED) at the Social Fund for Development. Mr. Al-Lai was Chairmen for Aden Microfinance Foundation and a board member on Al-Awael Microfinance Company.In additon to being YMN Chairman of board of directors,Mr.Allai curretly is a board member of Sananbel and Al-Ebdaa Microfinance Bank board member as well.He has been also appointed as a consultatnt for the Arab Microfinance Gateway.
Mr. Al-Lai has participated as an Onsite Banking Examiner and has lectured in the Arab Academy for Banking Sciences in Evaluating Banking Performance. In Addition, Mr: Al-Lai has attended many conferences and workshops related to Microfinance and other topics.

Mrs. Nagwa Muhammed Fadil is currently working as the managing director of the Aden Microfinance Foundation. Before being promoted to this position, Mrs. Nagwa used to work as operation manager for four different branches. Additionally, She holds an accounting degree, has received many specialized training courses in microfinance specifically in risk management, social performance, customer service, human resources . . . etc. She has delivered different training courses in product design, client protection, problem solving, decision making and others. She has six years of experience in Microfinanceand three years experience in Civil Society Organanizations (SCOs). She was awarded as the best branch manager in Yemen by Sanabel Network. She was recently elected to be the vice chairman of YMN board of directors.

Mr. Fauzi Mahfood Bin Zeela is an Accounting first degree holder from Al- Ahjaff University, Mukala’a, Yemen. Mr. Bin Zeela has been exposed to different training courses related to Accounting. He is currently holding the position of Yemen Microfinance Network Board member and the Executive Manager of Wadi Hadramout Saving and Financing Program.

Mr. Mohammed Ateyah has many qualifications and experiences in training. He is a certified trainer from Sanabel Network in MFIs Operational Risk Management. He is a consultant in training and specialized in the management of small and medium enterprises. He is also a consultant for the Yemen Microfinance Network and the Social Fund for Development.
He has delivered many specialized training courses like Operational Risk Management, establishing and managing small projects, delinquency management, setting the interest rate and others. Mr. Ateyah has an extensive experience in microfinance with Alawaeal Microfinance Company for nine years. Currently, he is holding the position of the managing director of Alawael microfinance Company. Recently Mr. Ateyah was elected as a member in the YMN Board of Directors.

Dr. Abdulwasa Ahmed Ahmed Alwasai is a board member of Nama’a Microfinance Program. Mr. Alwasai has a bachelor degree in General MedicineandSurgeryand a master degree in Hospital Management “Public Health”. He worked as the managing director of Alnoor Hospital. He is currently working as the managing director of Social Charitable Welfare. He has conducted different training courses like strategic planning, management through goals, Strategic management. He has participated in different training courses including leadership of Civil Society Organizations, crisis management as a microfinance program and TOT.
