To gradually achieve the goal of financial viability, one time membership fee and annual fee will be charged to the regular members.

1. Membership Fee:
   1. For-Profit-Institutions and companies will be required to pay a onetime membership fee of USD 300/= with the application for membership of the network;
   2. Not-For-Profit-Institutions and NGOs will be required to pay a onetime membership fee of USD 200/= with the application for membership of the network.
2. Annual Fee:
   1. For-Profit-Institutions and companies will be required to pay an annual fee of USD 700/= before the end of every year;
   2. Not-For-Profit-Institutions and NGOs will be required to pay an annual fee of USD 500/= before the end of every year.
3. Observing members will be only required to pay annual fee and upon their qualification for full membership they will be required to pay membership fee.
4. As associate members will be charged full cost of the services provided, so members under this category will not be required to pay membership or annual fee.
