The Yemen Microfinance Network conducted a Training Course in “The Basics of the Effective Management”
The Yemen Microfinance Network conducted a training course in “The Basics of the Effective Management”. The trainingtook place from 25th February – 1st March and was attended by 25 participants representing the following YMN members:
· Alkuraimi Islamic Microfinance Bank
· Tadhamon Microfinance
· National Microfinance Foundation
· Nama’a Microfinance Program
· Alawael Microfinance Company
· Sana’a Microfinance Program (Azal)
The training course covered one of the most important areas identified during the assessment study conducted by the network back in December 2011.
According to the training feedback, the participants have gained new principles in management that will enhance their performance in the work field.
The training course was delivered by the certified trainer Mr. Abdullah Shuraim. The training included both theory and mostly practical exercises.
